Mr. Dueñas joined Dimension Capital in 2005 as a member of the board of directors and was named CEO and Managing Partner in 2009. Dimension Capital Management is a Securites & Exchange Commission registered investment advisor that manages over $5 billion in assets. At his 47 years, Mr. Dueñas chairs the firm's Investment Committee, which is responsible for approving all investment and asset allocation decisions. Prior to joining Dimension Capital, Mr. Dueñas founded GD Capital Partners, an asset management firm that advised on direct investments in public and private companies, as well as alternative investment funds. Previously, he worked on the investment team of Rhone Capital, a New York-based private equity firm. At Rhone, Mr. Dueñas researched, recommended, and implemented new private equity investments.
Mr. Dueñas began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department, advising on multi-billion dollar cross-border transactions. Mr. Dueñas graduated with honors from Georgetown University with a B.B.A. in Finance and International Business. He earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he is a graduate of its prestigious Investment Program. Mr. Dueñas holds positions on the investment committees, advisory boards and boards of directors of several investment funds and multinational corporations.
