Contribution of assets

Almacenes Éxito S.A. informs its shareholders and the market that has incorporated “Viva Malls” trust, a real estate vehicle through which the Company intends to develop its real estate projects.
This incorporation was carried out by contributing with 13 real estate assets, including the following shopping centers and commercial galleries Puerta del Norte, Viva Buenaventura, Viva Wajiira, Viva Laureles, Viva Palmas, Éxito Cartagena, Éxito Colombia, Éxito Country, Éxito La 33, Éxito La Flora, Éxito Occidente, Éxito Pasto and Éxito San Antonio, for a total value close to COP$500,000 million pesos.
At this early stage, Viva Malls is 100% owned by Éxito. However, the Company is advancing the process for choosing potential partners for the development of this project.
The transaction will have no impact in terms of profit or loss, since it is not a sale.
